Day One

Hi Friends,

A few months ago, I made a decision based on a childhood dream of driving the United States, I report the completion and success of day one as I land in Spokane. I find myself in an exciting time of transition and adventure, looking to the future with big questions. I have literally packed up my life into the bed of my truck, set it in fifth, and have shucked responsibility to invite fresh perspective. I doubt life's questions will be solved or that I will plan out my life, but this is a time for self discovery and finding inspiration. I invite you to check out the blog regularly. I can't promise postings each day or perfect grammar, but I will do my best to keep you all updated. Here's to adventure!

Happy Trails,
Kelly

Today's picture is the Washington sunset reflected off the tonneau cover on my truck bed.

Hi Kelly!
It will be fun to travel vicariously through your adventures across country and reading all about them on this site! Hopefully we will connect in MN. I'm going to forward this to Karin J. who is in Argentina right now.
Blessings!

Stunning photograph Kelly. We're pleased to welcome you for your first stop. Spokane has a lot to contemplate. I just don't think two days are enough :^) ~Jan and Jack

Nice photograph bud, I hope your travels have been smooth so far. I am looking forward to reading your updates. When you stop at one one of the Tux shops to get fitted, please post a picture. I want to see the massive tux they have to try and find for you.

Enjoy your journey,
